Bang on with Cosmic Rhapsody yesterday (10 unit win, $2.60) as he won a ding-dong battle with Philosopher’s Stone (10 unit quinella, $3.40).
Cool Lad ran a very close third at $1.50.

JJ, fitter now after two good runs this prep, and an eyecatching finish last time. The 1400m is gonna suit him, and his stats make him an easy EW bet at $5.50. MP led and got home a Geelong for us three weeks ago at a nice $7.50, can’t be ignored either.

We spruiked him up last time out as needing the resuming run, and he didn’t disappoint, getting up at $7 for us. Drops a smidgen in grade here, still at his fav distance, and very much a good EW bet at $13. Dual-acceptor.
