We spruiked him up on resuming here, and he was dead last all the way, 10 lengths back at the 400m, not even in the picture with 200m to go, and won by nearly 2 lengths… A month later, and the step up to the mile seemed logical, but Newitt let him drift way too far back this time, and he couldn’t reproduce the finish. Froggy sticks again, and surely learned his lesson, will need to have him class back to the 1400m, $11 on offer, goes in everything…
