Just one small return from yesterday’s five tips, with Brazen Braccia (5 units ew) working home well and showing some return to form after some spruiking yesterday, paying $1.90, one to watch for next time. Alterno got way too far back and burnt home late for fifth, also a watch on him.
Just the two today, one an ex-Kiwi with a very good chance to win again in Aus, plus a sleeper…

Needed the run after almost 8 months away, but he’s a capable type. Won a trial last month, back to his best distance, and if they get him up near the pace, he could be hard to catch at a juicy $26.

Former Kiwi who gave them a pasting on his Aussie debut at Stony Creek in January, and ran a close third under this jockey here three weeks ago for us. Has a good finish on him, and he’ll be flying late, can back him EW at $4.40/ $1.75
