Three wins from five!!
And our run goes on!
Five tips over four races for three winners, and some nice payouts…
We spruiked up former Chris Waller runner And We Danced to be too good, even though resuming from a 15 month absence, and despite a betting drift, she raced away in fine style to win comfortably (10 unit win, $4.40).
On to Handshake (8 unit win), and we stuck with him to beat out Zaynudin and Morpurgo, and not only did he oblige at $4.30, but we struck the trifecta, taking $15 worth with Handshake to win and the other two boxed for second and third. That paid $50.45 for a $756 return!
Finally, we suggested Oh No Mikki’s recent good trial would be good enough to land him a place if they rode him closer. They did just that and he landed the gamble in to $6.20/$2.20 for a nice return to our 3 units ew.
Four from the book at odds as we head back after the long – but highly profitable – weekend. Looks like an EW Yank for us…

Early career stats were impressive, not missing the first two in nine runs. Back in grade and distance today, and if they can work her into a decent spot, she can get a piece of this at $5.50. Andrew Mallyon a positive booking for this.

MOXATATION
Kyneton, 8
Noted as recently as late July screaming home from dead last at the Bool to run second on heavy going. Subsequent three runs haven’t lived up to that, hence the $101 odds, but is capable of running a place, so not gonna discount him totally…

MOON OVER ALICE
Mount Isa, 5
She won two for us early this year and nowhere near since. Has won on all going, but they’ll be hoping her first go on the AWT might kick-start her. Back in grade and a $51 shot in this.

STAR MIDFIELDER
Mount Isa, 6
Noted with a nice third on debut and duly won next time out. Has run five placings in sixteen runs and is another having his first run on the AWT. EW at $11 in an open betting event.
