One from two plus exotics…
Bold Type (6 unit win) helped continue our run of winners, as predicted he swept to the front in the 950m dash and was never headed, winning with a leg in the air after being backed in solidly to $2.20 fav. We also nabbed the quinella with King Jester (10 units, paid $2.10). Small returns, but nevertheless nice as we added the trifecta and first four pots to our coffers…
The other tip Genjiro was raced very differently, on-pace throughout and looked likely at the turn but quickly ran out of steam…

Noted steaming home in September here for second but hasn’t followed up in five runs since. Gets back in the run but does possess a decent finish, so the rise to 2100m should be in his favour, hopefully they’ll have him a bit closer in the run. EW chance at $19, and could be a sleeper, watch for him late…
