Great start from our pick of the day Namazu (5 units ew) as he lived up to his great stats, bolting in at a very juicy $7.00/$2.20!
Three today, all excellent EW shots, so the EW Trixie is the bet today, and we’ll be chucking our two in the early qadi at Goulburn…

Noted bolting in on debut almost a year back when well-supported. Three subsequent runs may not seem much but she’s not been that far off, both runs this prep within two lengths of the winner, even though the heavy ground didn’t suit two back. Will be fitter now and sure to give some cheek at a nice $8.50.

SCENIC RIM
Warwick, 7
Massively open betting race, with only $3 separating the top six in the betting, including Scenic Rim, who finished last prep with two wins and a third for us, a real improvement on previous form. Won a trial last month, resumes today from a 3 month break, and ticks a few boxes for us here. Back in distance to the 1200m, but that will suit his front-running style, and he’ll give them something to chase down if he jumps well from the nice draw. $6 on offer, we’re onboard!
