Race 3: MORMAIRE  was noted powering home on debut but has run down the track since in four subsequent runs, though did run behind Samiam Seussie last time out. Gets fav jockey back up top today and rates a chance at $5.50.

Race 4: BEADMAN  screamed home here to break maidens two back, but the next two were ordinary. Could find a place at $16.

Race 5: JESTA DREAMA  ran second (SP $14) and first ($6) for us in the last two. Back up in grade today, chance at $15.

Race 7: SANTERO  was huge late from last in January, then won for us next time out at $8.50. Another big finish to run second to the smart Castlereagh Kid last time out and rates well for this at $3.80.

Race 8: FIGHTING ARROW  was due on Saturday at Wangaratta, which was abandoned. Race 6: He breezed past them back in November to win by 8 lengths at Geelong. Won again a Terang for us and is a chance today at $9.

IPSWICH

Race 5: SALTOREE  was impressive in August dashing home once clear to win at Eagle Farm. Hasn’t been too far away in subsequent runs, but will run outsider in a small field today. Chance if on pace, finishes well. $11 on offer.
