Race 2: AEECEE DOLCE and SUPER QUICK LOVE contest this one… AD got up for us at $8 just nine days ago, she jumps in grade, but winning jock sticks, and she’s a real chance on the heavy today in an open betting contest at $4.20. SQL found a bit of form last time out at the longer distance, running a third for us at SP $21.

BET: AD 6 unit win, SQL 2 units ew, exotics

Race 4: TWIST OF FURY has run in some high grade races, running just 2.4 lengths behind Squid Game last time out. Normally a front runner, if she can get away from them the inside draw, she can give them something to catch. $7.50 in a small field.

Race 8: Here’s a race I’m relishing, SANTERO is super-consistent and ticks boxes for Africa. Won for us here two weeks back, and she’ll be blistering home in this open betting event at $6.50. FENGARADA famously got up for us on the same day, same track at $26, along with The Awesome Son, to give us the win, the $115 quinella and a $6K trifecta, as well as filling in the qadi for us! Mertens sticks, must be a threat again at $8.50

Race 7: RONDINO was huge to win here in mid-June, but couldn’t make the jump in grade at Randwick two weeks ago. Gets McEvoy up top, and his stats are pretty good for this, watch for him late. $8 on offer. MANDALORIAN also goes in this, might be a little out of his depth here but could spice up the exotics at $26…

Race 9: MAIN ENGINE won for us t&d here a month back as fav. Drawn in the carpark, and up in grade but nice stats, chance at $17
