Couple of horses that really tried hard for us yesterday, Bold Type just not quite able to overhaul the winner, ran second at $3.20. Numpty with a similar run, he’ll be winning soon, and in the same race Donation was noted with a strong finish into fourth.

Rosberg finds a winnable race here, hasn’t got back to the heights of his smart win to break maidens here last Nov, but backs up quickly after a very close fifth at Avondale a week ago. Craig Grylls is a significant booking, he’s a $5/$2 shot. Takeiteasy is doing enough lately, and is on the three day back-up, $17 shot.

Feel she’s moving in the right direction, and though up in both grade and distance today, can figure in this as $4.60 second fav. Kah jumps onboard.

Deffo back at his best distance and going, and has won first up. Yendall one from one on him, so a cheeky chance at $29…

Two wins in his first two followed by some average efforts, but does drop back in grade here while stepping up to the 2200m. Fav at $3, and she looks like she’ll enjoy the longer trip.

Noted when winning a year ago, and has shown some brief displays of talent, but this may be a step too far. $121 on offer.
