Race 7: THE AWESOME SON has got up twice for us since going in the book a year back, at $6.50 and $9. Needed the run two weeks back on resumption, gets Ms Kah up to today, so you’d think they like his chances. $9 looks juicy. FENGARADA likes it heavy, and won two back for us. Good place stats, chance at $21.

Race 3: TAIKUN TOMMY was huge winning from the back in Feb, that’s his race pattern, and has produced a second, third and fourth for us since at $13 (twice) and $15 SPs. Slight drop in grade, $18 looks generous…

Race 5: PAINTED BLACK must be eating his feed well, because he’s back up again after winning last Saturday with an astonishing double comeback in the straight at $7.50. We’ve mentioned his $73 win for us two weeks prior to that, but he’s jumping from a BM65 to a BM85 today, so its a huge ask, but why not, now he’s got the gist of it? $17, gotta give him some attention!

Race 4: PAHANG was due to run a couple of days back but got rained out. Only a marginal chance at $19

Race 6: BANDAHARA is another that’s been denied a start recently, he’s won his last two for us at $2.60 and $7 and drops in grade for this. Decent stats, chance at $5, trialled recently, watch for him late, though he’ll need to be in touch over the shorter 1200m…
