Drops a touch in grade today, has run two places for us, with an outclassed 13th between them in Open grade. Right back in the mix today, and close to joint fav at $3.40

AERIAL COMBAT & KASHKAR

Mackay, Race 10

AC is a bit of a Rocky specialist, hasn’t placed in three runs here, and has run at double figure odds in all nine races this prep. Got up for us at $23, but that was back in November, but is on the quick back-up here from a week ago. Ran well at BM70 two back, dropped to BM65 and drops a further notch today, so could be the sleeper at $11.

Kashkar surprisingly sports some decent stats for this, but after winning her first three has not pushed on with it. EW at $16.

BANDAHARA

Gilgandra, Race 6

He won a couple for us back in May plus a couple of places since. Not hopeless at $23, possibly another sleeper…

On a two-day back-up if she starts, but she ran dead last on Sunday and hard to have more than an interest bet here at $23

Never far away but finding it hard to win again after 3 out of 4 earlier in her career. Needs to be a bit closer to the pace, and is a rough chance at $16 on the 9 day backup…

LITTLE MAX 

Moe Racing Club, 10

He’s racing well and has won here ($10) then placed second ($13) for us in the last two at this grade. Looks real value at $10.
