Race 7: WANJIRU was noted getting butchered at Echuca back in August, then ran two thirds in small fields around a $10 win for us at Bendigo in September. Been in the paddock for 6 months, has a good place stats record and can run a cheeky race on resumption, though he’ll need to be closer to the speed over the shorter 1406m trip. Around $15 on offer.
