Race 5: ALLUSIONISTÂ was backed in the break maidens last time out at Nowra and absolutely ran them of their feet, cruising in easily (see link)… Obviously up in grade but down to 1000m will suit this free-wheeling front runner,Â

Race 7: REMUS impressed back in June with two nice wins, but hasn’t really backed those runs up. Couple of placings, but the last two have been poor. However, he drops in grade today, gets to his fav distance and gets a bit of cut in the ground. Avdulla jumps onboard, he’s $5.50 second fav early on, so there’s some support for him today…
