Two very nice winners…
Two winners yesterday at super odds, but not from the sources we anticipated…
Vistown (2 units ew, exotics) bowled in unopposed at $10.60/$3.00 ahead of the more-fancied Who’s Sam. The exotics would have rewarded you if you were onboard, $21 quinella, $327 tri and a $3575 FF…
Knife’s Edge (2 units ew) had run two pretty ordinary ones after a big odds win three back, but found the line again yesterday at $9.00/$2.70.
We spruiked Five Schillings (3 units ew) as the sleeper in the race, and to go better over the longer distance, and she just got pipped, paying $4.20 the place.
And we nearly had it right with Tidal Rush (3 units ew), she tried to lead all the way over the shorter distance, but hung on for third place at $4.80.
A couple of close fourths rounded out our day.

Inundation the one to beat here as $2 fav. On-pacer resuming here, and that ticks plenty of boxes on this tight track. Unflinching returns today, winner of his first three, two of them here, also on-pacer, along with Red Card, so will be very interesting to see where they land, looks like a race in three.

PHILOSOPHER, SUPIDO BEAUTY

Philosopher has been scratched a few times recently, last time at the post in think… Won on debut, bit mixed since though, $5 on offer. Supido Beauty is two from two, and back from a four month spell. Another on-pacer, who’s trilled up for this, $6.50 at the mo.
