Couple of nice winners yesterday, maybe not the ones we were expecting mind…
Destination (2 units ew). exotics) finished with real authority to get up and win at a very nice $10/$2.20, with our other pick in that race Tidal Impact (2 units ew) prominent all the way and hanging on for third paying $2.70, and if it hadn’t been the fav running second, the trifecta would have paid way more than the $229…
We gave Tycoon Hallie (6 unit win) a real shot away from the heavy tracks, and she duly obliged at $4.20.
Places also for Sertin (2 units ew) at $4.60 the place, and Zou Zou Kacanarkis (3 units ew) paying $2.30.
Plenty from the book today, with two meetings on here in NZ (if that rain hasn’t affected them too much) and fourteen over the ditch, so let’s have a look at the NZ picks first…

Up in grade somewhat, but his win at Randwick six weeks back had merit, winning easily by nearly four lengths. Schiller sticks, he’s 5: 2-1 on him. Can figure in this at $13.

Yet another class-dropper after his fourth at G2 at MV, he won well under Kah at HQ early last month, and is capable of taking this out. Will relish the good footing, $4.40 on offer.

And another MV last time winner, hasn’t raced here but other stats are excellent, never out of the frame second up, handles any ground and loves this distance. $8.50 is nice…
