Sorry we’re a but late, stuck in transit between Coromandel and Auckland…
Couldn’t scrub up a winner yesterday, but five placings as follows:

Only won the one in twenty starts, hadn’t shown much recently but ran a good sixth last time out over his preferred distance, could run a place today at $10.

Got up at $15 for us two back at Coonamble, ans wasn’t far off in fourth up in garde last time. On the 10 days back-up and rates a chance with recent jock sticking, $7.50 on offer.

Won for us three back and is back in that grade. Best runs are on soft but has placed six times on good. EW chance at $14.

This was very confusing. Also a horse of the same name running at Tauherenikau in race 4 (ran second), didn’t think that was allowed… Anyway, our lad had been tracking well, with a win and two placings for us in his previous three before jumping to Open grade and running a not too distant eighth at Moruya last month. Fav jock back onboard, and rates an EW chance in this at $7.50.
