One from four, but a nice one!
Four selections yesterday, each of them performing as we expected.
We suggested class-dropper and on-pacer Lolarosie (3 units ew) might need to conserve something for the finish, and she did so beautifully, slotting into third before powering away to win for us at a nice $7.20/$2.00, with the roughie in third providing a tasty trifecta…
We spruiked Knife’s Edge as a late finisher, but they had him too far back, and he flew home for third.
Fox Spirit ran true to form, up on the pace for a long way before fading into fifth, and Silver Bo came from behind for fifth when it was too late…
It’s a one-hit wonder day again, we’ve been having some success with these lately, but we’ll need a bit of luck to shout this $17 shot home…

Drops in grade and distance back to the mile today, cleared maiden this time last year after 20 goes. Placed twice for us late last year, seems a touch one-paced but is capable of a late finish. EW shot in this at $17, not a strong race…
BET: 3 units ew, might shove him into the trifecta…
