Knocking on that door again yesterday, Real Gun getting up beautifully for us at $4.60, and Otelo providing the $4.90 quinella.
Numpty ran a $4.40 second, and the old girl Abb Roy also ran second at $2.10.
Just three today, let’s put some Christmas cheer on the table. No racing tomorrow (what ARE we going to do!?), so just like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, thanks for your support in our opening couple of months, and we’ll be back on Sunday for a full on Boxing Day!!

Race 4: UPPER HOUSE and LANDMINE both contest this one. UH ran a close fourth behind Zakeriz and Nieces and Nephews in a small field a couple of weeks back, and gets a chance to atone today after two previous seconds for us, one of them at SP $17. Gets a 3 kg pull on the winner, $9.50 at the mo.
We’ve been following Landmine since August, where he missed the start but rattled home for a close-up sixth. Ordinary since then, but improved at Corowa last time out with a close second at SP $13 for us. Good stats for this, $19 on offer.
BET: Back both horse 2 units ew, but work them into your exotics, could be some value in that…
Race 8: OUR BAEZ was huge late, after getting well back in the run here earlier this month (6 Dec, see below). Gets 2 kgs off the winner that day in Unique Prince for 1 length defeat. Good stats for this, and can drop on them late again. Value at $7.50.
