A rich winner…
Nice winner in Little Rich Boy (6 unit win) rewarding us for our patience as they ran him just off the pace and he hit the front at the last bend, and though headed he fought back for a gritty win at $3.90.
Saulok (5 units ew) was a drifter but was only beaten into second by a $25 shot, paying a juicy $3.30.
About A Girl raced back and couldn’t quite reproduce the winning burst that saw her win on debut in NZ. Probably needed the run, deffo a next -timer…

The drop back to BM65 and Tina up top was rewarded with a nice second when well-supported at Gore on Christmas Eve. Tina sticks, and this mare can break a long drought today as $4.50 fav. Not quite sure about the heavy but if she can handle it, she’ll be dropping in late…
