Very per-Sweysive, but no choccy…
Well, our insider tip in Le Chocolat (10 unit win) was certainly the best-backed runner yesterday, in to $2.30, and raced well on the speed, settling after pulling early, but he just found one better… No doubt we’ll get some wins from this fella, but he’s off to the paddock for a few weeks now, we’ll keep you informed.
However, our other tip at the Kenso was super-tough once getting to the front, getting up in a blanket finish by a head. Sweysive (4 units ew) got his fav jockey in Josh Parr back up top, and that did the trick as he paid $8.80/$2.00 for us…

Went in the book on debut with a smart win and has won twice since for us, although form has been patchy. Generally right up on the pace, so the 975m dash for cash may well suit him today as he hasn’t been too far off in his three runs this prep, after almost a year away, gets Harry Coffey onboard and drops back from city grade here, so think he goes close. $6.50 in a very open betting race…

Won three in a row for us in June, so is capable. Hotpot fav in this, so EW best at $23.

LOCA, SPIRIT OF PLUTO

Another mad dash over 950m, and you’d better be on pace for these! Loca has been close up most runs this prep, with a couple of seconds in there, $15 shot here. SOP second up, and has placed 2/3 in that state, he’s an $17 go in a race with another strong fav.
BET: Both 2 units ew, would spice up the exotics with the fav.

Flashed home at the T&D 19 days ago for an overdue win. Back up in grade a touch, but an EW shot of repeating at $9. Winning jock sticks.
