Very keen on a few yesterday, only reward was Cool Encounter (5 units ew) with a big finish for third ($2.60), next time for him, plus a couple of fourths in Remedies and Matriarch Rose…
Four for today, at four different meetings, mostly solid EW chances, so an EW Yank on the cards…

Hasn’t missed the top three in six runs this prep. This is harder but he’s placed in this grade before. Gets back but always flashing home, so the jump to 1175m should suit, and he’s a juicy $21 shot in this, so worth an EW shot.

Observed running fourth in October when robbed of a run, and he’s had us wait 169 days for the next-time run, and here he is, $7 on offer, blinkers go on, and if he’s anything like ready, he can take this out, watch for him late…

Perennial get-back type, but does possess a tidy finish. Sticks to the mile today and significantly drops back to the BM58 where he’s 6:3-2. If they can settle him a bit better than midfield, he has the capacity to swoop on them late, $8.50 on offer, overdue a win, here’s his chance…
