Nice odds placings…
Just the one winner in Crocetti (10 unit win) who bolted home by nearly five lengths at $1.80.
A series of placings amongst the rest, starting with a few seconds in Lord Spencer ($1.60), Cork ($3.60) and Fawkner Park (awful ride, $1.30).
Better odds with our thirds, Double Take ($3.60), Pioneer River ($3.50), also Shameless Miss (ND). General Beau ran fourth.

Not too far away when resuming at Kembla 17 days ago at big odds, needing the run when trying to lead throughout. Jockey sticks, he ran third in this last year and has good T&S stats for this at $4.40 in a small field.

We’ve spruiked this fella on his two runs this prep, and he’s run second in both with huge runs from the rear of the field and has been tagged a next-timer in both. Loses fav jockey M Weir but gets M Cahill up top, who’s 1/1 onboard. The step back up to the mile is an absolute flag, and the $16 is a steal, don’t miss this one!!
