The Sunday Seven…
BULLET WING, JOLTIN’ JOE
Bendigo, 9
BW went in the book when noted winning on debut, even though he was easy in the market. Ran well next three, including a win for us at Wyong at $8 before trying BM72 without success before spelling. Resumes after 9 months back in BM64, and is capable of featuring in this at $15. Can’t help feeling that JJ has another win in him. Gets back early, so the extra 100m could help, watch for him late as a $26 shot.
BET: BW 3 units ew, JJ 2 units ew, exotics with the fav
FESTIVAL PRINCE, TEZOFF
Rockhampton, 3
Both sport rather sketchy formlines, but we lean more to FP as a $6 shot, another one who’ll be finishing on late and is a chance on that second two back. Tezoff hasn’t won in 20 month, he’s a $41 shot here.
BET: FP 4 units ew, Tezoff 2 units ew, exotics
FLYING FINCH
Bendigo, 8
He was an eye-catching second from dead last at Swan Hill two weeks ago, so worth a small win wager in this small field at $10…
BET: 5 unit win
SACRED KIWI
Werribee, 4
Long time between drinks for this fella, interest bet only at $26.
BET: 2 units ew
FANTASY EAGLE
Alice Springs, 9
Most of these have T&D experience here, including our lad, who drops in grade for WFA and gets 5 kgs relief for it. There or thereabouts, and the $19 looks generous, well worth an EW punt.
