Rumours Abound, Kattegat, Oh No Mikki

We’ve got three in this, with Rumours Abound the best of them. She was progressing very well and we thought she was a real chance to win on Boxing Day but she bled, so we can forgive her that run. Back today and she can bounce back and win what looks like a race in two as $3.50 second fav. Has won at the T&D and gets the good going she prefers.

Kattegat is also going well, with close placing in her last two at Moruya, and looks a solid EW bet in this at $7.50.

Oh No Mikki is rarely far off but without threatening to win in four runs this prep, may run into a place, $14 on offer.

Returns from a 157 day spell, he’s a perennial frontrunner who struggling to finish off his races last prep. Has the talent, and the drop back to 1000m is a positive, and he’ll give them something to chase down. Has form at the track and the distance and has won first-up, $2.40 fav.
