Resumes after 5 months in the paddock, and has won first-up. The 1100m might be a touch sharp for him, but he’s only missed the top four twice in his last 20 runs, so he’s not a lost case at $21…

Billy Egan on a couple for us today, starting with this fella. In good form this prep this is his grade and distance, just hoping it’s not too wet for him. EW as $4.40 second fav.

Egan onboard here too on the former Kiwi. Noted after a 554 day lay off at Riccarton in Feb with a powerful win before heading to Aus, where he was a fair sixth on debut at Pakenham. Back today after a couple of months off, up in distance and grade, but an EW shot at $8.50

Won from the front on return for us a month ago at $10. Stats not bad for this, and he’s another EW shot at $9.
