A bumper day at the office for us, with five of our blackbookers winning, plus four placings, that;’s a 25% win strike rate!!
Impressive stats from NZ, with three of our four winning, the outstanding winner being Hall of Famer and serial mudder Cork, who resumed from a long spell and charged home late to get up at a mouth-watering $23!
Honey Badger gave ‘em a bath ($2.60) and Cool Aza Rene won as expected ($1.90).
Over in Aussie, Marble Nine showed massive resilience down the straight to beat the hotpot fav, paying $8.20 and even Blazing Tycoon pulled one out of the bag to win at $5, altogether a nice day on the punt!!

Resumed from a six month break in April, catching the eye with a huge run from last to run second at big odds over the 1350m, then ran a close-up fourth. She’s got a decent finish in her so the rise to 2020m looks very significant today, and she can take this out as $4 second fav, back in grade and on home track.
