We did better in Aussie, with Kathy O’Hara producing a great finish on Rediener (5 units ew) winning the Epsom at $9.50/$3.40.
Ruler Rocket (10 unit win) won as expected, paying $2.
Placings for Graysong ($1.70), Altivo ($1.60), Savvy Lad ($2.90) and Brazen Breccia ($2.10).
Couple of fourths in Mollynickers and Markwell Dreamer…
With Woodville already abandoned, we have eleven from the book today, including a nice card at Sandown for Sandown Stakes Day, let’s see what we can find…

We spruiked her up to run well last start under Jye and she just missed by a head here 11 days ago. Jye sticks, and a good chance to repeat or better that today at $9.50.

A painful watch last time as gap on the fence closed and Orman waiting for air as he flashed home for a close fourth, a certainty beaten. Shinn jumps on, doubt they’ll make the same mistake, must win as $1.70 fav.

Former G2 winner, getting fitter and steamed home for fourth at HQ two weeks back. Kah sticks, she’ll land him in a handy position, and he’ll be descending on these quickly late on over the extra distance, $9 on offer, snap it up…

She’s taken a couple of warm up this prep, with a better run at Gold Coast 15 days ago. Just one placing to show from nine runs, but has won multiple trials, so we tend to think there’s something there, we’ll give her a pop at $26…

SV is a backmarker resuming today, noted August last year at Pak with a last-to-first win, hasn’t really threatened since but she can run a place here, $14 on offer… Tantrums is ex-Kiwi, and ran a nice second on debut in Aus back in Jan. She’s another backmarker, capable of that finish, and will be fitter second up, $26 for her…

Got up at $24 for us 16 days ago at Ipswich after a long, barren spell, coming from near-last in a 16 horse field. Bit shorter here, but can’t rule him out now the penny’s dropped. $34 at the moment…
