Back to our Saturday best with four nicely priced winners…
Didn’t have to wait long as Exploring (5 units ew) got us off to a great start at Flem with a gutsy win at $7.50/$2.30.
Backing that up was Cause For Concern (8 unit win) who didn’t let the extra weight affect him as he romped in at $5.70 for us.
Remus flashed home in a blanket finish to get up by two short heads and a nose, paying $6/$2.10.
And we left the best till last as our insider tip Millefiori (10 unit win)overcame a massive drift in betting to get up by a long head at a very juicy $8.30!
Seconds for Lord Spencer ($1.40) and Enterprise Pomme ($1.80), a third for Super Pursuit ($2.30) and a fourth for He’s Our Bonneval.
That’s a 17% win rate and 30% place rate, hope you got onboard!

Very consistent, and needed the run on resumption in April before running a first ($7) and a third ($11) for us since. Up in grade and up to the mile for the first time, and while he’s usually an on-pacer, I think he has the calibre to win this. Easy EW bet at $6.

Ex-Irish jumper who’s two runs on resumption have been decidedly ordinary, next to last in both by a total distance of nearly 90 lengths. Won on debut in Aus nearly two years ago, back up to 3500m here, a chance if he gets back to his best, $13 on offer…

Alice Springs, 1
Noted in December flying home for second after getting trapped, and was close up in her next three before spelling. Two runs back have been ordinary, but fronts up for this fitter as $3.80 fav.

Recent form a bit plain, but he has his moments, and strung together a decent sequence of runs earlier this year, mostly in higher grades than this, so we can’t entirely rule him out. Back in grade in this small field, he’s a chance at $9…
