While JJ’s second-up stats aren’t great, the nine wins from sixteen have been impressive, Jimmy Chung is 2:2 onboard, can win this from the front as $3 fav. Habana has won 6 from 12 and commands respect, though his first-up stats are a bit light and the 1200m could be a bit sharp for him, $3.80 second fav. Tightlign would also prefer longer, though the drier track should suit, $21 on offer.

Heavy track specialist getting out to this distance, dry ground won’t suit her at all, $7.50.

TR got up for us at odds 11 days ago, has some form at the distance, another one who prefers it wetter, $7.50. Vistown resumes with a similar profile, has won first-up, $9 shot.

The big finish for fourth a months ago earned her a next-time flag, and she duly delivered 13 days ago her over the T&D. Up in grade but wins again for me as $2.7o fav, Will Price sticks…

Price also jumps on this veteran mare where he has a great record, can finish in the frame here at $11.
