Couple of winners but plenty placings…
Two winners and seven placings yesterday, along with five hit-the-post fourths, for a winning percentage of 7%, return average of 32% and a frame average of 50%.
Best bet Altivo (10 unit win, $1.75) got home as fully expected, that’s 4 from 4 for him, looks like he’s bound for better things. And Ornate (5 unit win) got up in a small but competitive field at $3.50.
Placings went to Russian Dancer ($2.60), Titanium Power ($2.10), Santero ($2.30), Appin Girl ($1.40), Sweysive ($1.45), Tabulam ($4.00) and Moscow Red (ND).
