Great return from yesterday’s tipping, with SIX winners, three seconds and three thirds!
Testify Me ($5.10), Not Guilty ($9.70) and Crocetti ($1.45) led the way in NZ, while over in Aussie we had General Beau ($6.30), Roots ($3.90) and Midnight In Tokyo ($2.20).
Some nice place prices too through Talisker ($4.00), Ladies Man ($3.00), Galenus ($1.70), War Of Succession ($2.00), with Gringotts and Tightlign running ND thirds too.
Pearl of Alsace and Democracy Manifest just missed with a couple of fourth placings…

The run at Woodville two back for second was full of merit, just missing for us at SP $19. Couldn’t repeat at Hastings under similar conditions nine days later but gets a chance to redeem himself here as the $5 second fav under his fav jockey.

We spruiked him up three weeks ago to beat the hot fav and he duly obliged, helping us to a nice trifecta in the process… Up in grade, and like most of these, up to unknown territory in the 3800m. Can just about back him ew at the $4.20/$1.75

Boldinho presents as the $2.10 fav here after we tipped him the win a Geelong 18 days ago, beating the handy Pantelone and delivering the quinella too. Meech up top today is not problem, and he can get past Sandy Prince, who’s dropping in grade for this. Race in two.
CR is rarely far off, though hasn’t really threatened this prep. Capable of a big finish, so maybe the extra 100m will help. Watch for him late as a $34 shot…

Struck his best form back in August but last few have been plain. Likes this distance and fav jockey (2:1-1) jumps back onboard, $21 shot.

Veteran gelding who’s not going well enough at the mo but is capable of better, but needs to lift as a $12 shot in this.

After getting scratched a few times, we were waiting for her to re-appear, and were very keen 23 days ago at Pak, but despite getting away well, see faded badly under Egan. Back to the BM58, and prepared to give her another shot in this as the $3.30 co-fav. A race in two.

Needed the resuming run 16 days ago and has nice second-up form. The step up to the 1400m should assist, $4.60/$1.75 second fav.
