Well, he gave us fair warning 13 days ago with a big $18 win for us, but, dammit, he did it again yesterday at $15.50, Telegraph winning again with a great steer under Grant Buckley to get up at $15.50.
We recommended the exotics along with our other runner, What A Rush, who tried to lead all the way but just grabbed for second on the line by the fav as we just missed on a substantial quinella, however, the tri paid $249 and the first four $2263 if you managed to box ‘em up!

Then ran a close seventh before pushing up to the 2200m with a smooth 4 lengths win under Bruno, so the push up to 2600m here looks ideal, stable is in great form, hard to beat, great value as $5.50 fav.

Wow, a tough one in the NZ 1000 Guineas, we’ve got four in this and still not guaranteed the winner, with Well Written already an odds-on fav to make it three from three!
All four of ours would seem to have claim, varying in price from $13 to $61, but it’s hard to know where to look, it’ll be a fascinating watch, and it’s fair to say you won’t see these odds for our blackbookers again!!
