Drift Net (10 unit win) finally shook off that bridesmaid status with a 3.75 length dominant win at Geelong at $2.40, she can go on with it now…
Mathew (3 units ew) found some heavy late support and despite losing Billy Egan up top to our other tip in Jaykayann, bounded home to win at$4.50/$1/70, with Jaykayann (5 units ew) running on for second at $2.05, the quinella paying $9.50.
Bifrost was well-backed to win on the 6 day back-up and produced his usual late show into second at $1.28. A win is on the cards…
Red Hawk jumped poorly again and found himself too far back, finishing on late for fourth. Needs to get that sorted, there are more wins in store there for sure…

Showed a lot of character with a gritty effort on debut in Jan when headed and fighting back to win on the line. Followed up with a dominant win at New Plymouth in Feb and resumed from a 112 day break. Jogged around in a couple of trials recently and looks an easy EW bet in an open betting race at $6.

Hadn’t seen this lad for 564 days when he popped up at the Bool three weeks ago, big grey who has won four times for us including a $26 and an $11 win, in fact he’s won 5 of his last 7 before that break. The wetter the better, he’s 7:6-0 on heavy, and while we thought he’d need the run, he zoomed home to grab second and an absolute next-time tag. Fitter, unbeaten here, up to the 1800m and Ms Hefel up top, he wins for me!! $5.50 on offer.
