Three thirds…
Our six tips went up a bit late yesterday, as our webhost migrated the site to another platform, apologies for that…
We found three thirds in there, and we spruiked up Mormaire at the $21 mark a wee bit after her form last prep was very solid, and she ran a good race on resuming, paying $4.40.
Moscow Red defied her 10 years and ran a nose-nose third, you’d have got $3.10 for that on NZTAB, while Frankel Star also ran third at $1.50…
NZTAB’s blackbook notification system seems to have gone on the fritz, still works on the site but no emails coming through for over a week… more teething issues it seems, and we still don’t have our pre-set multis to pick from…

Very open betting race this one, with many chances. JITB resumes from a 132 days spell, ran a close third in a trial recently and did kick the year off well for us with a $23 win in January… Has won first up, over this distance, and on heavy, may need the run, EW at $16.

Showed some fine form last spring but that has not translated into this campaign as yet. Has won this T&D, won’t mind it heavy, sleeper at $16…

She was at big odds on debut at Puke in April, ran eighth but not far away, then backed that up at New Plymouth three weeks ago, booming home for a close second and earning the next-time tag. She’s $6 third fav today, and as she’s drawn out, we’ll be hoping for a cleaner getaway, and on that she needs to be kept safe, watch for her late!

Resuming from a 152 day spell, only won two from 26 but has shown glimpses of ability. Won a trial couple of weeks back and jockey is 1:1 onboard. Won’t mind the slop, drops in grade and rates a solid EW bet as $4.60 second fav.

Resuming and has placed 3 from 5 in that state. Generally thereabouts, Celine is 2:2 up top, worthy EW bet as $5 second fav.

Big drifter when resuming a month ago, but Currie had him handy and pushed him out for a nice win at $10 for us. Fitter now, up in grade but definitely an EW chance as Froggy jumps on, $19 on offer.

Honest mare, likes the distance, and she looks value in this at $15. Can get back a bit, so will need her out the gates a bit sharpish over the shorter 1100m today, sleeper…

Wasn’t quite sure what to expect when Amarantz resumed 17 days ago, but she produced her trademark big finish to run second to the smart Ningaloo Star, well beaten but had the rest covered. Will be better for that, up to 1500m, $18 looks value…
GT has been thereabouts recently without threatening, up in grade today however, and stuck out there at $61, unlikely in this.

Resumed a month ago, and his form simply speaks for itself, but we didn’t know just what to expect. However, he produced his late run to huge effect in the G2 Victory here, and though the fav will be all the rage today, I wouldn’t leave this fella out… Outrageous T&D stats, never beaten second-up, 6:5-1 on the track and Duric sticks. $11 is massive value, get onboard!

The win at Scone 14 days ago was insane, dead last and cleared ‘em out by three length. Up to Derby level today, a big jump, yes, and also jumps out to the 2400m, but it’s hard to knock winning form like this. $26, gotta put him in!
