Not a bad prelude to the weekend as eight of our twelve tips win or place…
We rightly assessed that Major Share’s (5 units ew) poor return at the Bool recently was down to the heavy track, and he proved that by winning at very nice odds for us, paying $7.00/$2.10.
Trainer Peter Moody had spruiked Araletta (8 unit win) as a city class filly, and she resumed with a nice win at $2.20, with the promise of more to come.
Places for Bold Type ($1.20), Catalina Dreaming ($1.00), Rumours Abound ($2.70), Pahang ($4.80), Badda Boom Baby (great finish from last all the way, paying $5.50 the place) and Vesper Lynd ran fourth.

KL wasn’t far away on resumption three weeks ago at Counties behind Luberon and will be fitter for that. This is here distance, V Colgan jumps on, watch for her late in this, $8 on offer.
Just behind in the betting ($9.50) WYWF went in the book with a dazzling finish at Matamata in early October, last all the way and got up on the line under Opie. Billy Pinn jumps on today, trialled last week, this is a step up in class, and while we’d prefer him over the mile, he’ll be rattling home late.

TM threw in a much-improved run 14 days ago in the Wanganui Cup, has won two from four this track, and the push out to 2400m could suit in this very open betting event, $6.50 on offer at the mo.
EVR was outclassed in the G3 Counties Cup three weeks ago but he did win well this T&D in his previous race. Weatherley sticks, could feature late, $9 today.

Sat just behind the pace 20 days ago this T&D and class and rattled home at nice odds for us for the win. This looks no harder, and now she knows where the winning post is, she can push on, $6 second fav, another open betting race.
