We’re back baby!
And redemption came in the way of three nice winners!
Magnetic Prince (3 units ew) with the addition of Dean Yendall got up at a nice $7.00/$2.50. Pepper’s Ghost (5 unit win), cleared out on the final bend to get home at $3.30, and Kermantic (10 unit win) reversed his usual backmarker pattern to get up on the pace and spank ‘em by nearly six lengths with a leg in the air at $3.20.
Tactfull (5 units ew) got too far back but finished well for third at $1.60 the place.

His first campaign yielded six out of seven placings, with the other a fourth. He resumed this time last year but never regained that form, suffering an injury first up, then back to the paddock for nearly 11 months, and resumes here today as a $9 shot in a small field. It’s an 800m dash, so he’d better on his toes…

Ran a long series of placings and a solitary win through last year before winding up her prep with some ordinary runs. Resuming run four weeks back looked a bit short of her best distance, but she ran an eye-catching third from dead last at SP $26, and she’s placed three from four at the mile and two from three second up, as well as ten from 22 runs placed, suggesting the extra 300m will work in her favour today. $12 on offer, and very backable EW at that price…
