She went in the book breaking her maiden in August 2022, with a huge finish at Pak, after a series of nice placings. However, she’s hardly risen to that height since, though she has placed a couple of times first up. Resumes from a 136 day break, drops significantly in grade but also in distance, so will need to be further in the run than normal in order to take advantage of her potential fast finish. Must be some expectation of here as she present as $3.90 second fav in a small field…

His early career was very solid, only missing the frame once in his first nine races. Only placed twice in seven subsequent runs and resumes after a 212 day break. Trialled up twice in preparation for this, the most recent one a second at Rocky. Drawn in the carpark, and will need to be on speed over the 800m dash, bottom of the book as a $101 shot…

LEGAL CHALLENGE
Newcastle, 4
Went in the book at only his second win back in July 2021 then did little until his last two runs last prep where he was down in grade and ran a third and a second, the last with Bullock onboard, who sticks today. Has also trialled up twice recently, has form in the wet and if he’s ready can feature in an open betting event as a $6 shot.
