Boomer Sunday!!

Well, that was a Sunday for the record books!

We had 17 from the book, producing three winners, six seconds and two thirds, that’s around 60% of our tips returning a dividend!

We took a punt with a $25 place multi, using nine of our tips, and landed it at a stupendous 130-1…

Winners for us were Super Pursuit (5 units ew, $4.60/$2.10), Foreign Raider (5 units ew, $4.50/$1.80) and Magnetic Prince (8 unit win, $1.90).

Our place multi was made up of Sir Simon, Cornelian Bay, Mingora, Miss Miduki, Henry Hubber and Insulation.

We also snagged places with Mormaire at $3.70 the place and Fantasy Eagle (ND).

Back to a quieter Monday, with three from the book today, maybe a little trixie with our winnings from yesterday…

Long time since he won but is capable on his day. Mixes his form, grades and distances but gets in this race light. He’s rarely far off, and if they get him up on speed over the slightly shorter distance today, he can pay a dividend as a $7 shot…

Noted with a dominant win from the front in July before hopping up in grade for a third and an eighth. Back in grade now and fav jockey back up top, back to the 1150m, and if he gets to the front from the inside draw, he’ll give them something to catch. $5.50 in a small field.

Also noted making headway after being badly trapped 25 days ago at Wagga, flew home for second and noted as a good thing beaten, next timer… Though up in grade and distance, he’s a good EW bet here at $7.50.
