Sunday hat-trick!

And we bang in a few more goals yesterday, with three winners and two seconds!

Lord Spencer found some long-lost form, sprinting home from being well back at the last fence to get up and win at $7.50.

We were very keen on Lurch after he was tagged as a next-timer after a fast-finishing fourth two weeks ago, and he duly obliged at a nice $8.

Ditto for Feathertop, a classy Irish mare back in grade, up in distance and racing on her home track, winning at $3.60.

Seconds for Inmyshadow ans Merchant Flyer rounded out another nice day on the punt!!

It’s a one-hit Monday today, and a horse that’s got his hoof on the till…

Super win when resuming in early April, and expected him to go on with it next two runs, and while he took up his usual role at the front, he faded late in both. Fancied him back to the 1000m 21 days ago where he ran a close third here at his first go on the AWT, he’s a winner in waiting at $6.50.
