Not a bad conclusion to the weekend as we find two more winners, a second, two thirds and a fourth on a busy Sunday…
Night Fighter (5 units ew) was the standout for me, and we had him under a close watch when he won at Scone a couple of weeks back and he repeated the dose yesterday with a devastating finish a blow ‘em away at $7.50/$2.40.
Turbeau (3 units ew) finally got back in the winner’s circle, well-supported in to win at $2.70.
Places went to Tydeus ($2.70), Ess Vee Are ($2.70), Waitak ($1.70) with Blazing Tycoon running fourth.
It’s a one-hit wonder Monday, in the last race of the day, but we think it’ll be worth the wait!!

Resumed 23 days ago, and we thought he’d need the run, and in the circumstances it was a decent effort to run sixth in a Randwick Midway and only 2.4 lengths off the winner. Noted with a huge finish to win at Scone in Feb, great second-up stats (4:2-1) and Ashley Morgan is 1:1 onboard, ticks a lot of boxes, fav at $3.60, will be dropping in late!
