Nice priced third, he’s one for next time…
Our hot tip in On My Pat (5 units ew) drifted hugely in betting, sat at the back and blitzed home for third on his return from 5 months in the paddock. We’ll be watching for his next run, he’ll have taken great benefit from that, and we’ll be having a plunge on him next time out…

SL noted well-supported on debut in early March and finished solidly to win well. Next two were so-so, then ran a close fifth at Geelong, then a close fourth up in grade at Echuca early last month with an eye-catching finish. Down in grade and up to the mile today suits, and we love the booking of Dean Yendall, worthy fav at $3.20. SK is mixing his form this prep, two goods runs inbetween three poor ones. This is his best distance and loves the heavy, gotta include at $9.
