We spruiked up La Opcion yesterday, despite almost 2 years without a win, and though she drifted in the market, once she rounded than final bend there was never gonna be anything to catch her as Tina booted here clear to win by over four lengths with a leg in the air!!
Our 5 units ew paid out $6.50/$2.60, and if you jumped on the trifecta like we did, that produced a juicy $793!!

Noted breaking maiden status last June. Last three runs under Ms Hudson this prep have seen an improvement, with two placings and a close-up sixth. Placed this T&D three back and the push out to the 2060m shouldn’t be an issue, though maybe would like if heavier. Drawn well, $16 on offer.

Won this distance and grade three back before two runs at G3. Up in weight but Dell sticks and must go in, EW at $6.50.

Impressive when bolting in to break his maiden last Feb and has run well since in better races. Resumed from a 5 month spell in August at the Valley well-supported to run a close fifth before another 5 month spell and resumes today after a couple of decent trials last month. Waterbott will have him primed and he can resume with a win here at $5.50, especially if he leads out as usual, and will give them something to chase.

Noted winning on debut Nov 22 and has only missed top four once in five subsequent runs. Another on-pacer resuming after a big break of 9 months but has also trialled twice last month, has good form first up and on a firm surface, can return a winner as $5 second fav.
