Moving on…
A scratching left us with just the two yesterday, but neither could get us back on track…
Four today as we hit TGIF, all sitting in similar places and odds in their respective markets, and all good EW punts today. Let’s have a look…
TGIF Four…

Tactfull has produced two good runs in his last two, the latter one a superbly timed finish under Brad Rawiller at Echuca 14 days ago, and though up in grade another run like that would see him in the finish, though suspect he’d prefer a little give in the ground, $8 on offer as co-second fav, Rawiller sticks.
JJ currently sits as the other second fav, he resumed 21 days ago from a 234 day spell. Hasn’t won for a while, but he was in a rich vein of form couple of years back so does have some talent. Will be fitter for that run as he drops in grade…

Mt Gambier R5
Another dropping in grade from his three other runs this prep, not sure the heavy going suited him 23 days ago so expect him to go better today. Has won here and over this distance and the return of previous winning rider Melissa Julius is a plus makes him a decent EW bet today at $6.

We fancied his chances five weeks ago at Tamworth after two very bold finishes from the back to run seconds, and he had good support in the market, but couldn’t anything late on the run sixth, but not far away. Gets a jockey upgrade to B Nock today, draws the ace gate, and if they sit him in just off the pace, he’s well capable of making the frame in this at $8.50.
