Nice winner and one to watch…
Tried to box up our two yesterday, and Bold Type (3 units ew) did his part, cruising up on the final bend for a comfortable win at $2.70/$1.10 after being well-supported.
Jack In The Box got well back but finished on into sixth, we’ll keep an eye on him next time out…
Seven from the book, with three of them real long-shots, but the other four represent great EW value, let’s top up those accounts ahead of the weekend!

Resumed 20 days ago, but no first-up form, and needed the run. Second-up she’s 3:2-0, Lisa sticks, and she’s a big class-dropper here and rates a sleeper’s chance here at $11.

Mixing his distances and form, winning only one from 27, and though down a touch in grade and at his fav distance, faces a tough challenge today, $21 on offer.

Tremendous finish on debut in Feb this year from near-last to win by a length and a half. Couldn’t replicate a month later at Pak as fav over the mile, which seemed suitable, but returned 15 days ago after a 259 day spell, we thought he might need the run, but he went well finishing on for fifth. Think he goes better today for that run, gets J Allen up top and rates a good EW wager at $5.50

Did us a huge favour 12 days ago at Swan Hill, sitting closer in the run and unleashed at just the right time for a nice win and a nicer trifecta. Mickey Dee hops on for the apprentice today, up to the BM64 in another 955m dash, can figure again now he knows where the post is! $16? We’re all over that!
