Another Hall of Famer!!
Just one winner from our four tips yesterday, but it was another Hall of Fame entry!
Extreme Flight (5 unit win) resumed after 6 months in the paddock, and though we thought he might need the run, he saw them off with some style, getting up at $11.00/$4.80.
Hope you’re all getting your heads around the TAB’s new site, bit of navigation required and it seems a couple of features missing, just keep emailing them and ask for them to be restored!
Nine from the book as we hit TGIF, let’s fill those wallets for the weekend!!
TGIF’s starting eleven…
Lord Spencer
Woodville R2
Resumed 12 days ago after 8 months off, knew he’d need the run, and he’ll strip fitter today, back up in distance will suit, likes it wet. Chance at $10…

Aranui Lass
Woodville R5
Noted 15 days ago at Waverley with a tidy finish for third in only her second race, and flagged as a next-timer. Worth following in a very open betting race, $5.50 on offer.

Lurch
Woodville R7
A one-run maiden who ran seventh in his only race by nearly nine lengths, but we were watching… He was backed in late to around the $15 mark, last all the way and belted home, earning a next-time flag, and that was 15 days ago, where he tried to lead all the way in a very bold effort indeed, and another next-time tag. He seems to have slipped under the radar for this, and the $19 is outrageous value, get on him now, today’s sleeper!

Clear Blonde
Kilcoy R2
Just the two wins in 42 and over two years since she won. Resumed last month with a close fifth at Toowoomba and they’ve got her $4.20 co-fav of three in another tight betting event, so maybe someone knows more than us…

Gorush Lightning
Wagga R4
Resumed 19 days ago at Wellington sporting some decent stats, and though he drifted from $34 to $61, he sat just off the pace and produced at just the right time to get up and give us another memorable HoF moment. Up in grade and distance today, still with tidy stats, keep him safe as a $15 shot…

Invincible Spy
Wagga R6
Impressive winning first two, no disgrace next out in a G3 before heading to the paddock. Resumed from a 154 day spell at Kembla 13 days ago, and we expected a finish in the frame but he faded late, maybe needing the run, but possibly not liking the give in the ground. Back on firm going today but up to the mile and up in grade but Gaibott know what they’re doing and we rate him a nice chance at $6.50.

Fawkner Park
Wagga R7
Ran a close fourth two months ago, 3.3 lengths behind Young Werther. Toby Schiller hopped on six weeks ago and we were very bullish about his chances, racing back from the city in the Albury Cup, and he duly strolled home for us. Strong $2.70 fav here, Schiller sticks, wins again for me…
BET: 10 unit win
Markwell Dreamer
Muswellbrook R8
Significant drop back to this grade, where he’s 5:1-4 and this is his distance. $10 seems value, EW punt for sure in a very open event.

Social Conscience
Cranbourne R6
His two runs back for second had merit, but he never got into the race 6 days ago at Caulfield, and though he ran last, he was only 7 lengths off the winner. His track stats are good, as are those back in this class, and this jockey, so we can’t discard him as a $12 shot.
