Nice winner and a big-odds third…
A dominant win from More Than Words (5 units ew) as she made good on the promise shown since April, paying $4.50/$1/70.
Old girl Abb Roy (2 units ew) ran a strong third at her 133rd race, aided a little by two horses going down, but she looked good for it anyway, paying a juicy $8.70 for the place.

CE produced a huge finish second up at Caloundra five weeks ago before running a close third at Toowoomba three weeks back. The rise to the mile today will suit as will the slight drop in grade, he’s very consistent and looks the one to beat as $3.20 fav. PB won two in a row this time last year, one of them our best priced winner at $73. Done very little to back that up, generally going round at big odds, and resumes today as the $51 rank outsider.

Got up for us at $13 back in March at this T&D and grade. Next two runs a bit plain but ran a $31 SP third for us a month ago, and his overall stats are excellent, especially this T&D. Worth including today at $11.
