A likely winner!!

Yet another winner as More Likely (5 units ew) fulfilled the promise of his resuming run two weeks ago with a great ride from CJP, getting up at $7.00/$2.20 for us!

Ballarat Synthetic R3

His early career form was sound but dropped off during last year. Resumed in early July from a long break needing the run, then ran a better race this T&D in this grade 14 days ago running on into third behind this fav. Prebble sticks, look for improvement after that last run, $10 in a small field.

Taree R4

He ran into some good form this time last year but has been a bit patchy since. Needs top of the ground conditions but won’t get that today. Has speed but that heavy ground is probably gonna tell in the end, $4.60 in another small field…

The big grey resumes after a 90 day break, after running last at Scone. Worth noting his first-up form (6:1-3), he has form over the distance (10:1-4) and can deal with the heavy going (4:2-0). Does tend to get back in the run but has a good finish. He’s trialled twice late last month and looks ready to go, $4.60 second fav in this.
