Super winner…

Our Thursday three produced a super winner in Matawai (10 unit win), a Kiwi-bred mare that we’ve had some time for. Lightly-raced, and B Shinn produced her for a dominant and impressive win at $2.30, we’ll be following her progress…

Catalina Dreaming finally broke a run of five thirds but unfortunately with a fourth. She’s having a bit of trouble finishing off, but a win will come…

Wheels was going round at big odds, and dropped out last but really flew home for sixth and not that far off. Another ex-Kiwi, she’s gonna pop up at odds sometime soon, so we’ll be keeping her safe…

Aquilifer is in fine form and ran a nice third up in this grade last month, and looks well-placed to take this out as $2.90 fav.

Gee String resumes, has done well first-up but needs to lift from previous form, $21 outsider here in a small field.
