TPT resumed 13 days ago at Cranbourne after showing good form in his first prep. Fitter for that and expect him to be in the finish today, $4.80 on offer.

MG noted winning well in October but two subsequent runs have disappointed. Back to the 1000m where he won but need to lift, $27 shot.

We’ve got the two at the top of the market in this and both have claims. BP was a close fourth on resuming 20 days ago at Cranbourne in a tougher race and looks certain to feature in this as $2.70 fav.

Matawai was run two fourth this prep, she’s very consistent, nice T&Ds, likes the firm going, will be right there, second fav at $4.60.
