Three in the opener here, with Federer probably the best chance in an open race. He charged home late in an easier event three weeks ago. Benny Allen sticks, and though this is harder, he can still figure at $4.80
Ferago is the $27 outsider in this, and has been going well in easier races this prep. Worth keeping safe.
Regal Lion hasn’t been far off without threatening in two runs back this prep, but needs to lift, $23 shot.

Needed the resumer 18 days ago and is a better second-up horse (4:1-1-1-). Billy jumps on, and despite the $26 odds, she’s worth keeping safe having won her only go at this distance.

Good race between the top two here, both ours, and they look to dominate with the fav Sabaj just scratched.
SIMP was back from a five month break 19 days ago, and while he got back a bit at MV last time out, he charged home to just miss by a head. Better for that, and if he jumps OK, the longer 1440m will suit him, odds are just settling.
Ndola resumed the following day with a stout win at Mville and will go round as second fav.
BET: Race in two, slightly favour SIMP, so 10 unit win, but a 10 unit quinella these two also…

Caspernova is keeping us waiting for the win, very consistent but needs to get another win under his belt, and will not get a better chance than today as $2.80 fav.
Fortuneer needed the resuming run a month ago and does get a jockey upgrade to J Huxtable today (4:2-2-0). Has won second-up and needs to be kept safe at $7.

Two in this around the $8-$10 range, both from the Gollan stable, but up against a hotpot fav.
Adranos has strung three thirds and a fourth together, and has been close up in them all.
Livalittle resumed with a close up fifth two weeks ago and is bound to be better for that.
